Does a 501c3 charity have any legal reporting responsibility to donors? An endowment was given to the charity and an agreement was signed by the donor and the president of the charity regarding the restrictions for the money. Now the charity is not answering the request for a report on the funds and said that they "think" the signed agreement is not enforceable.
