My daughter is 15. She asked us if she could get a tattoo. We said NO WAY! She went behind our backs to a local tattoo studio and got a tattoo anyway. According to her, the man didn't do the tattoo in the studio. Instead, he did it at his house. i believe he is an employee & not the owner. We just found out this information. I tried calling several times today, asking for the owner and was told he wasn't in and to try later.
I want to know where I stand and what my options are before I speak to these people. We want the tattoo removed & for the tattoo artist or business to pay for it.
What are our rights & can these people be held liable?
We live in Eunice, Louisiana.
