I was tyring to get life insurance through Farmer's since they might have accepted me. However, they turned me down. And they sent their medical results to a previous doctor - not to me. The agent told me that they were supposed to send the results to me and only me. She even told me a story of what happened to another one of her clients where the company would not release the results to the doctor, only the patient
It took me a month to get into see the doctor to get a copy of their results. Farmer's denies they sent the results to me - they say they sent them to me, which is not the case. My doctor's office had to fax the results over to me.
Do I have any recourse?
