Since Anthem "updated" their system in August 2006, they have really messed up my account. My deductible was wiped out and started over (when it should have re-started on 12 Dec 06). So I started getting dunned by companies because of the insurance company's lag.
They still have not paid some items but actually started paying because I met my deductible "in the new system" very soon. So some of the companies actually got their money for later services but not for the earlier ones.
I did write the DOI here in Colorado and they gave Anthem a deadline of 10 Feb 06 but then extended that to 2 Mar 06.
