i was dating my sons father for about 3 years off and on.before we split for good we had some problems.see he has been diognoised with bi-polar so he has been arrested for battery 2 times the first time i dropped the charges thinging we could work things out then he put me in the hosptial when i was 7 months pregnant with drew.we made a agreement that he would pick his son up 2 times a week for over nights he got to the point were he only showed up when he wanted to i think it was to check on me,but ne ways dcfs started nocking on my door stating that had reports on me they came in and did there checks it was going on for about 6 months everything that i was accused of came back unsubstandical.in dec drew came down with pnemonia,i staded with him at night and his father stayed during the day.the day after he got released drew went on a visit with his dad and never came back home my attorny has filed contemp papers for that so then he ran to the judge with all these allegations that have not been proven true and got temp custody,now i was court ordered to have my superised visits with my son i drew was there the first 2 time but noyone showed up for me to have my other one.my attorny and then filed another contemp charge.he now has had 3 contemp charges filed against him but has only when to court for one of them.now im alittle scared even though he has proven he cant follow the law .dcfs has stated to the court they had concerns about drew living with me even though they never found nothing.see they were coming to my door like every other day with a new report that i know chris and his family has made up.i have a home under my name another child living with me i have been here for 2 years now.his father has a history of abuse,he lives with his girlfriend thats only 19 and in college her parents are paying her way.with what the system has done to me so far what could i expect will i loss my son?
