Verbally threatened at workplace by co worker

I was recently verbally threatened in my work place by a co-worker. The co-worker was made to apologize to me and allowed to come back to work the next work day. Should I file a grievance & should my employer have a reprimand in my co-workers file (just in case in occurs again in the future!)Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
