Okay, here's the deal:
On August 21, 2009 I was "terminated" from my place of employment; this was brought about by three persons in my work area who didn't like me for personal reasons, but wrote up a series of isolated incidents that made me look like I was not performing up to work standards. I appealed my termination and it was found that I had been wrongfully terminated and was reinstated with the recommendation that I be placed in a different area; Human Resources is currently seeking to place me in another such area, but has not done so as of today, October 15, 2009.
My question is: since I have been reinstated, it is as if I have not been unemployed at my place of work; therefore, should I not be receiving my normal pay every two weeks? And since I have received no money since August 21, is this money not due me? What do I do in this case, as I have outstanding bills [house payment, etc.] which have been left unpaid because of this?
