Commercial Business Bank Account Withdrawl

Is it illegal to make a withdrawl from a commercial bank account I have authority to withdrawl from? Is is lawful for the business owner to threated suing and slander in regards to withdrawl? I am not an employee of said business, but am on the bank account.
