Wonder if anyone can advise on a tomlin order. Following litigation of 3 years over my grandmother's will, it has resulted in a tomlin order for a property that was left as part of the estate (both in the will and a promissory note to prove). One of the siblings lived in the house rent free following a divorce and has refused to move out during the last 3 years resulting in the current state of play. She was supposed to sign something today re the Tomlin order, which has two dates on for when she must pay 2 sums of money to the other siblings. She has not signed. To get to the point sorry, if she does not pay can my father ask for an enforcement of the order and any additional costs (the legal bill currently stands at
