I am a widow of almost nine years. I live in the state of Oklahoma. I have an existing trust set up leaving my small estate to my children. If I remarry, will my trust protect my children in the event of my death, and prevent my new husband or his family from having claim on anything in my trust? I wish to avoid a prenup. Thank you. SSR
