I am buying house on contract and in the short time we have been here we had to replace the back door the frame still needs done. And there is mold in different areas of the house none of which was noticeable when we looked at the house. It seems like this house has alot wrong and I am wanting to find out who is liable for the stuff. Is it us or the compant we are buying the house from?
