A few days ago I was arrested for DUI in front of my house.I live in California if that matters.The officer charged me with DUI and I spent the night in jail.I wasn't behind the wheel of a car or riding a harley.I was on my sons little toy minibike, it's maybe knee height, with wheels the size of donuts.I couldn't convince the cop to go with simple public intox.Also I have a class A licsense.Can anyone tell me my chances of getting off and not losing my Class A? I've been told by many, including sherrifs at the jail just get a lawyer and I'll get off.I'm wordering if somebody can tell me if they've had any experience with a case similar to mine?
