hi, I need help my husband is in the military and not supporting neither me nor his son. he sent me a martial seaparation agreement with no child support , we have been apart for a year and a half and now that I am filing the papers I need help to know if the court will need evidence of child support once I file the papers. I don't care for him if he wants to support me financially but need to know if this is reqiure by the courts in florida before I go ahead and file.

I know that he is receiving dependent pay on both you and your son which is to care for you and your son. Make sure that the court knows he is active duty if you file in a civilian court. you can also use the on base lawyers to help you at almost free of cost and they will be able to help you with everything you need to know.
