Fraud on a marrige visa

Question; A women from a South East Asian country marries a neutralized American Citizen. She continuously had numerous affairs with other men after she arrived in the U.S. She has been in the U S for 4 years. Will she be able to still receive American citizenship which I think, takes 5 years. I am about to start divorce proceedings as soon as I get some money together. Should I some how document this situation with her and how? I am convinced she committed fraud on her marriage visa as she had no intention of staying in this marriage from the beginning as he just wanted to get to the U.S. We were married in her country and she came on a marriage visa with her two kids who are under 18.
