I had an MRI performed on my wrist with the stipulation that I had to have the results promptly. I'm a teacher and wanted to have surgery during Easter break. The doctor never notified me of the results until the following December, too late for me to schedule anything. The doctor now wants me to pay for the MRI. Do I have a case for small claims court?
