i have a strange question! my parents are landowners and recently a homeless man moved on their property. he uses their water and electricity without payment. my parents are naive and kindhearted and hate to turn some one away but my brother and sister and i (we are all grown and live on our own property) are concerned for their safety and legal rights. they have had the police remove him once but then allowed him to come back. it is complicated story but this is just the condensed version. does anyone have any advice or ever had any experience with a situation like this? thanks!
