Can daycare workers keep information from parents as to injury of a child under their supervision. I have been told that they are "not allowed" to tell me who injured my child during daycare hours. Can they legally keep information from me, the parent, when it comes to my child being injured. It has happened on more than one occasion by the same child and I am kept in the dark. My child can not speak for herself and communicate to me who is injuring her. Please say that the law is on my side and that day care workers should divulge all information regarding to my child's injury to me. Thanks for your help.:(
