[Nervous breakdown]

:mad:My ex has been late with alimony for over a year,a whole $30 a month,when he does send it he writes notes that I feel are a harassment to me! What legal option do I have? I've kept all the notes & checks in a computer file.

I'm sorry that your ex feels that he has to send crazy letters to you like this. If it is a WHOLE $30, why bother? Is the $30 worth the hassle, stress and possible nervous breakdown that you may have? It's just $30 for a month. Don't go out to lunch once a week and you can save enough to cover that $30 that is stressing you out. As for the letters, I would seek a free counselor in your local town to see if you can do anything about it. Maybe the answer will cost you too much money that it is best to just hold off on doing anything. Good luck.
