My concern is that Charlotte had filed a lawsuit against me the court day was for January 25,200. But she called me in December and told me that she was going to drop the suit and they said that she can submit a letter stated that she wanted to drop the law suit. So she ask me if I could type it for her because she didn't know how to spell or type and she would pay me.
Well I typed it for her and meet her at Tammi Washington house our friend with the letter . She signed it and gave me a dollar to buy a stamp and I mailed it.
So I didn't go to court on January 25th, because I had mailed the letter for her to drop the law suit.
Then I receive a letter from the court that reset the trail for March 9, 2010 @ 11:a.m.
I call the court and this is what the clerk told me.
That she can to court on Jan. 25th and told the clerk that she didn't type that letter or submit it and her signature was forge.
What can I do about this matter and I do have a witness that were there when she sign the letter and gave me a dollars to mailed it.
Please help me
