A couple of months ago one of the neighbors decided to put up a wood fence on his side of the property line. When doing this, he came onto my property without my knowledge or permission and took down that part of my chain link fence, which he rolled up in a tangled mess and shoved behind my shed. His fence is up now and that part of my fence is still down. The rest of my fence is starting to sag now because I have no idea how to get the fence back up. Since the neighbor took it down and didn't get permission to come onto my property to do it do I have any legal rights here???? Thanks in advance for your time.
