My father passed away in 2001 and my mother in 2005. They had a living trust that stated that everything was to be divided equally among my 2 brothers and I. They had some savings bonds that were to be reissued to the 3 of us and some silver bars that were to be divided up. My older brother has both the bonds and the silver bars in his possession. He had all the bonds reissued in his name and has started selling the silver bars at various on line auction sites. How do my other brother and I see that we get our share??? Thanks in advance for your time.

Have you contacted the legal executor of the will?? If there is a will stating the funds should be divided then you have substantial grounds to create an arguement with your brother.
He is not legally allowed to sell all the silver bars and take all the saving bonds. Unfortunately it is usually a tricky situation when things like this happen so it is an idea to have a legal advisor look over all the facts for you before you do anything.
Hope this helps and good luck!
