My wife and i are separated for a year and the divorce is pending. I have a business idea and want to use a domain name to launch the business. I acquired a domain name before our marriage but it expired during the marriage due to non-renewal and I had to re-register it afresh during the marriage. I currently control the domain name. If I use this domain for the new business, will my ex-wife be able to claim a stake in the business/profits/etc at the divorce trial? The business idea is not from the marriage and I developed the business plan after we were separated.
