my mom passed away and left a will naming me as sole benificiary my sister and niece are to become benificiary if i can for fill my duties she stated that she wanted every thing divided equally. My mother had an isurance policy and I am the only person on the claim.
My question is am i obligated to give any money to them.

If your mother wanted all three of you to be beneficieries then you should really offer to split everything including the insurance policy.

I am not entirely confident that you are obligied to give them any money but you would need to check with a legal advisor to find out if you liable to pay.
