My dilema is my son is 16years on Nov 22 this year- he has not seen his father for 13yrs, his fsthers choice- he also moved 13 yrs ago to AZ. My son calls him a month ago and wants to go there and see him, I said no- you can talk with him- but he will have to come here first. Well he ends of taking me to court for a visit- the court orders one week visit day after X-mas- with a home study report I asked for). Now, my son wants to leave now and not only for a week, but for ever he says! I am going crazy with him now and his new attitude really is bad. I am worried about him due to his eating and sleeping habits have changed as well- (probably nerves) I know he and his father are up to something- but i don';t know what it is- anyway my question is if I let him go now what repercussions could he have on me if he takes me to court for anything? i.e., custody? desertion? thank you. :confused: I am very sad abouth this- I have done everything for this child and now I get the boot!
