I am seeking to begin a Class Action against Countrywide Home Loans and/or its successor Bank of America Home Loans for predatory lending practices which have cost myself as well as hundreds of thousands of other unsuspecting consumers who were placed into Pay Option Negative Amortization ARM's that were marketed and sold to consumers such as myself as 30 year fixed loans. In addition, they turned out to have a 3 year prepayment penalty which prevented us from refinancing. Now the loan payment increases 7.5% per year (based on the new higher balance). This loan should be illegal as it is only a win win just for Countrywide and Bank of America. :mad:
