im a restaurant owner and i had a customer who came in ate at my restaurant and ordered some chicken. Apparently she bit a bone of chicken and gave it to the waitress to show me. It was not a bone of chicken it was the white tender part of the chicken breast and it was about the size of the tip of my pinky. Well she came in today to say that her tooth broke so the question i have is can she sue me ???
