My question is to find out if I can do anything about airbags not going off when I was in an accident. I was driving my 1997 jeep wrangler and had a roll over. I was wearing my seatbelt, but still received injury to my back. I am concerned because I believe if my air bag would have came out I would not have been injured near as bad. I contacted the DaimlerChrysler Customer Assistance Center.
I was told to report my accident to my insurance company, which I had already done and then to contact one of their agents. On contacting one of their agents to find out why the air bags would not go off, I was treated rudley and informed their was nothing they could do because the insurance company had the vehicle already.
I thought I had went through the proper channels on handling this, but wondering if there is anything else a person can do.
