I recieved an online payday loan from Payday Loan Yes back in November 2009. I made two payments in December and then ran into money trouble in January and my bank account was closed. For the last month or two I have been excessively contacted by people stating they work for a law office and threaten me with crimnal actions, threaten to come to my job, suing my social security number, even jail time. I have attempted to make payments and they refuse stating i must pay in full. They have also told me that they are charging me with check fraud. Is any of these true? I live in virginia.
