car loan help please

I bought a Jeep less than a month ago from a dealer. The agreed upon payment was $360 a month. I just got my payment book from the bank and it says that my monthly payment is $402!! My husband called the dealer and he is saying that was the deal and we signed the paperwork and there is nothing he can do. I feel sick to my stomach thinking about this jerk swindling me. I was already pushing the limits of my budget with $360 a month so I am really upset. What can I do??:confused:

Have you looked over the contract that you signed? If the figure of $402 is there then i would think that there is nothing you can do. However if the contract states $360 then most definitely he can not charge you $402. Try asking a local lawyer as i am no expert.
