My mother-in-law passed away over a week ago. Her brother(my wife's uncle) is ex of the will,but he has the copy not the original. Still looking for it. Her lake home was to be given to my wife and her brother. Sell teh home and split the money. I was told if the will is a copy. They would have no choice and sell teh home and split the money four ways(my wife,her brother,her uncle and her grandma). Is this true. She neeeds help and some answers as her family seems to be greedy in her mind. Thanks.
