Summons

I recieved a summons where a credit card company is suing me. I have 20 days to answer the summons or a default judgement will be entered. I do not know how to answer the summons, what to say, or what to do with it when i do answer. I need urgent advice. can someone help please.

The main thing to remember that you need to find out yourself with a summons from a credit card company or from a debt collection agency hired by the credit card company is not to panic. There is a legal action to take that will keep the condition from getting poorer that is, having liens put on your property or your wages garnished.
