Is she to blame??

I was driving along a bendy road at 40 mph which was the speed limit. A women pulled out right in front of me from a T-junction. It was too late for me to brake as she was far too close.

She claims that she didnt see me and hit my car side on. I suffered some slight head injuries and whiplash.

Do I have a case to claim compensation?? The police were called to the scene and did carry out some examinations.
