My husband has three girls that he hasn't seen for about 3 years. This is due to his exwife moving away with the girls and refusing to let him see them. She managed to make him mad enough to get just enough proof to get a restraining order and on the order it suspends his visitation rights.
Because she has moved so much we don't know exactly were she is, other than the city, and our attorney claims he cannot find her. But he never got past her previous address and never checked the town were we know she is at. The protective order is up on August 17, 2007 and according to a lawyer friend of ours she has to produce the children for their regular visitation schedule. What do we do if she does not and how can we find out her address so that she can be served with papers and can she renew the protective order without proof he is still a threat? Also there was an allegation of sexual assault but not charges were ever filed, can she use this? Thank you.
