In November 2008, I had a check stolen and used for 3000.00$. The check which was stolen was obviously not my hand writing. I called the bank which I used and said they would send the proper paper work to my home and such seeing as I was out of town. I stayed out of town for 3-4 months, the paper work was never sent and when I returned how the bank in question said I was not able to do anything because of their 90 day policy. Is their anything I can do??
