On Monday my sister had an emergency hearing-after filing a TPO against her husband both parties made an agreement that she would stay in the home while the husband would be able to access/take ownership of the property on the other side of the driveway where his storage buildings are located. Unfortunately, he did more than access it he pulled a motorhome in....65ft from her front door, but still on his side.(Reason for the emergency hearing.) He has harassed her verbally, exposes himself (all on film).
Last Thursday, prior to court they crossed paths...he went to grab something from her and she hit him. He called police and she was arrested. Monday's court the Judge ordered he move the Motorhome and vacate the property by Sunday. Today, her attorney called and said the husband has petitioned for a restraining order. She has not been home much over the past few days...just to retrive mail etc and hasn't stayed at home overnight nor spoke to the husband. She only saw him drive to his storgage buildings while she was in the home. My question is: will the order for him to vacate still be in place or will the restraining order take place of this order?
