I took my car to be serviced at the dealership. I later received a call that the tech. servicing my vehicle got into an accident. The accident was his fault (failing to yield the right of way). I have been informed that the car is a total loss. Basically, the car is being paid off. I want to know what my options are. While it is a blessing that the car will be paid off, I don't think its right for me to have to start from scratch again with another car. Is there anything else that can be done?
