i just purchased a vehicle about a week ago. I dont have a job so in order for me to purchased the vehicle the car lot made up false pay check stubbs for me so that they could get the vehicle financed. After having the car only a day it starts to cut off on me every couple of miles. The car lot sent the car to get fixed and after about a day of driving good it started to do the same thing again. After that they told me to bring the car back in so they could get it fixed. I just wanted to know that if they can not fix my car could the contract be voidable because they falsified paycheck stubbs for me. Another thing the car was an as is sell.

If it can not be fixed then they should give you part or all of your money back. If they don't you could get them into trouble legally as they falsified pay stubbs for you - maybe mentioning this to them will encourage them to return your money. However if you didnt pay any mone upfront in the first place then you should be able to cancel the contract as no exchange of money has taken place.
