My dad remarried a woman 18 years his junior in April of 2006 and died in Dec.2006(my mother died several years earlier). In his will dated 2001 he wanted me to be executor of the will. In March 2007 the will was entered into probate court and the court appointed me as the executor. There are no other wills.His new wife knows this but refuses to allow me or my brother into the house. My dad brought the house in 2005, no mortage on property. Her name is not on the deed. She also has two cars that belong to my dad(in his name only). Someone suggested that we require that she pay rent, however I know she will not do this either. Do we have any rights to our father's property? What can we do to so I can inventory the property and get things moving ?
