My husband left me 3 days ago, I know he has obtained a lawyer. I have not. I am not even sure I WANT a divorce, he IS. Here is my main concern: We live in Massachusetts, the house was HIS BEFORE we met. my name has never been on the mortgage or the deed. I have been getting calls from mortgage companies about his inquiry into re-mortgaging. Can he re-mortgage and put someone else on the mortgage, which would allow him to have me removed from the home? We have 3 kids and I DON'T KNOW what to do. DESPERATELY need help!! TY
