I leased my house to buyer with the option to buy. Contract was signed by all parties. Leasors are habitually late with payment. Consistently tell me they will pay by a certain time and then they do not. They paid very little down when leasing the house and the payment is only $400.00. They have paid on the property since August of 2003 so they have some equity involved and I would like to see them go to a bank and get a loan on their own. How do I go about letting them know once and for all that I can no longer tolerate the current situation. I have written letters concerning this in the past.
