My neighbors run a gardening business out of their house and have several trucks. No matter how much free space there is elsewhere it seems one of the only places to park they find suitable is across my driveway making it impossible for me to come on or off my property until they move. In asking them to move I can be kept waiting for up to 2 hours until they feel it's cnvenient for them to move. If I'm leaving, I end up late, if I'm coming home I not only have to park on the street, I sometimes also have to park several blocks away. I'm sick of this situation.
Now, from what I understand, having their vehicle towed or booted could get me into trouble, yet I'm being denied access onto and off my property. What can I do legally to remedy this situation?
