My boyfriend has or had a tenant that he evicted almost 2 months ago. I was friends with the tenant at the time and before hand so I know them both. When he gave her the eviction notice she called her ex husband and read it to him then placed it on her couch, the ex husband then came over there and then they both proceeded to tell my bf that if he evicted her they were going to go to the law and tell them that my bf had been messing with her kids. If however he did not do anything then they would not go to the cops. He was horrified and so I convinced him a few days later to go along with it anyways and we would get through their false accusations. I was here the whole time before the eviction until now and know he did not to anything to anyones kids and he even has custody of his own 2 kids. The tenant stayed a few more days and was loud and not very nice the whole time and even invited someone to the house that she was told to not bring there, the first time she did she simply said do you want me to call the law and we let it go but the next time we called the police they came and made him leave and she went to the police station and made the "report" on him. That was last month earlier on and her stuff is still in the house. The land lord has since then has had an unlawful detainer filed but its been 2 weeks or more since that. He has a lease and it says in the lease f the tenant abandons the stuff for a week he is suppose to be ale to claim it as his but he just wants it out. This girl has even went as far as saying the detective on the case was working for the landlord and he dropped the case..We need help!

I could really use some help in this area and did I mention that no one has came to talk to the LL about the allegations the Tenant made on him and its been over a month since she said she was going to or did it...

If everything you have stated here is true, you are dealing with an incredibly manipulative and dangerous person.
I would immediately hire an attorney and not potentially further incriminate yourself.
