I'm hoping someone can give me some direction; I have been divorced for 9 years. My ex and I have a 16 year old daughter and we agreed to share her extra curricular expenses. Each time I send an accounting and receipts to him, he responds with extremely abusive e-mails and threats. Do I have any options where the Court can arange for payment of these expenses? I live in MA and he lives in NC. I am growing concerned and afraid of him and I feel threatened, but I do need his portion of child support. Thanks to anyone who can help!
