I am originally from OK. I moved to MO. and started dating this guy. I got pregnant and I ended up back in OK. Well, we got back togather and got married. We've only been married a month and since the day we got married he has stayed gone every night getting drunk. Doesn't even tell me where he is going. I was just alone all the time. I couldn't take it and I couldn't take the fact that he could drink and drive with my daughter. His family has a lot of pull. He has had 7 DUI's. He's not in jail because of his family and money. Well, we are apart and he says he's suing for custody and if he don't he can keep me from ever going back to OKlahoma as long as I have his baby. I am a good mom. I don't work right now because I am 6 months pregnant and he is not helping me a bit. My parents are. CAn he keep me here and is there any way to fight him. I have no money. Would someone actually give him custody.
