I am renting my house and my tenants want to put an above ground pool in the backyard. I really like them and my only concern is the liability, if any, I would face if someone got hurt or worse. Should I allow them to put the pool in? Should I make them get some special kind of insurance? I really am at a loss on this one. Can anyone help me on this? :confused:
