using company resorces to record personal phone conversations in cali

I have with out my knowledge had my voice recorded on a large companys Confranceing system so that it can be recorded digitaly. I live in Oregon and the oposing party lives in California. I know that it is agenst the law I was wondering if there is any damages that I can go after I have all the proof that I would need down to a copy of the conversation and all the meeting info.
