no charges has been put on my son yet but a 13 year old girl is accusing him of going with her. he is 19. she was drunk and asked him if he would **** her, he told her no. she got mad and told her boyfriend that he raped her. an officer has talked to him an they searched his truck for evidence. what can i do to the girl and mother that is pushing this when they see that she was lyin about the whole thing.
