My son was coming home from work today when an elderly woman pulled out in front of him, and she died. Witnesses stated he had no time to stop. All the witnesses and the police stated that it was her fault, yet the police took my son for a toxicology test. He was at a party yeterday and did smoke marijiuana. What happens now?
