An ambulance drove over the median and came at us head-on. The driver in front of me stopped in time, I barely stopped behind him in time...the driver behind me didn't stop in time. He smashed into my rear-end, causing me to smash into the rear-end of the driver in front of me. The ambulance did not allow enough time for all cars to stop, causing this accident. Can my attorney go after the Ambulance Company for this?? Has anyone ever heard of such a thing as a "Wake Accident/Crash"?
