I am the mother of 2 kids... have been divorced for 9 years from a man who barely had any contact with his children..Last year,I had the support order enforced through the courts and he is in arrears as usual...I finally remarried and we have purchased a new home down south..Both my husband and myself have jobs waiting for us when we move..My ex-husband is fighting the relocation now,I served him earlier this year.All of a sudden he states he has been a part of the kids lives since birth,which is a lie..The court has ordered therapeutic superviced visitations, since my ex has recently threatened my son with violence and always has had issues with his hands..My kids are young teenagers,are really looking forward to moving,but cant until we go back to court in the summer..My ex has not taken any opportunities to the therapeutic visits..My concern is that my kids wont be able to start school at the beg.of August..Court date is in July...The have met with the law guardian and stated to him that they want to leave,do not want to see their father...What can I do??
